This mmorpg or rpg is based off the tv show naruto. In this game create a character, or use a cannon character. You will also be able to make a KG, and jutsu. We are based off off of naruto. Work your way up the ranks and eventually you might be kage.

Only usable by the kage, once a day, the user makes snow fall from the sky instantly freezing anything the user wants it to, however it won't freeze the user. It takes 10 slow hand signs and then 3 minutes for it to start snowing. It also requires a vast amount of chakra such as from the Kyuubi or other beast.
